We designed and built a custom storage solution to maximise space and functionality in a rental property, creating a seamless blend of practicality and style. Our bespoke design included floor-to-ceiling cupboards for ample storage, soft-close drawers for organisation, open shelving for easy access, and a dedicated shoe storage area to keep the space tidy and hide manifold pipes and under floor heating controls. The doors and casing were sprayed in-house and colour matched to the customers request of Portland Stone Light, a warm and sophisticated neutral tone by the Little Greene Paint Co.  Every element was carefully crafted to ensure a perfect fit, making the most of the available space while maintaining a sleek and modern aesthetic.

The finished design not only provides practical storage for tenants but also adds long-term value to the rental home.
