We recently completed a full attic truss rafter roof installation near Pocklington, Yorkshire, working in partnership with our approved contractors, Sharnberry Construction. This project formed part of a new build and was designed to create a strong, spacious roof structure with the added benefit of future attic conversion potential.

Our team handled the safe delivery, setting out, and accurate installation of the trusses, ensuring correct alignment and load distribution across wall plates and structural bearings. The build required detailed coordination with the main contractor to meet project timelines and comply with both structural calculations and building regulations. The result is a robust, adaptable roof structure ready for future fit-out — combining long-term durability with practical flexibility.
